Cadu Altona has over 20 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur, having held leadership positions in major technology companies and a global consultancy before co-founding EXEC in 2009.
Cadu is one of the most experienced HR consultants in Brazil. Throughout his career, he has interviewed over 20,000 professionals and coached more than 100 executives, in addition to working as a leadership and governance consultant for leading companies in their sectors.
Graduated in Business Administration from Mackenzie, with an MBA from IBMEC, he is also certified as a Board Member and Governance Officer by IBGC.
Cadu Altona is the Managing Partner of EXEC, the leading Brazilian consultancy in leadership selection and development, and serves as a speaker, professor, and board member of the Multi group (MLSA3).

Rodrigo Forte is a recognized leader in the executive search and leadership development sector, with over 24 years of experience in strategic advisory for executives, board members, and shareholders.
Throughout his career, he founded and led two of the most relevant executive search and selection operations in Brazil, establishing himself as a reference in the sector. Currently, he is Founding Partner and Managing Partner at EXEC, where he leads strategic initiatives for the selection and development of top executives and board members in national and multinational companies. Since 2001, he has been directly involved in human resources and governance projects, always focusing on organizational transformation and alignment with business strategies.
Beyond his role at EXEC, Rodrigo has a strong global presence in the industry. From 2019 to 2024, he served as a Board Member of AESC – Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, an organization representing over 16,000 professionals in 70+ countries, setting the highest standards in the sector. Currently, he continues as President of AESC Brazil, leading initiatives focused on excellence, innovation, and governance in leadership selection and development in the country.
Rodrigo also plays a key role in the “Executivo de Valor” award, organized by Valor Econômico, where he leads the technical jury responsible for selecting Brazil’s top CEOs across 24 categories – a highly prestigious recognition in the market.
He holds a Law degree from PUC/SP, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV/SP, a Coaching certification from ICI (2009), and has completed Board Member training at IBGC.

André Freire is a Civil Engineer from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with an MBA from FGV and specializations in Management from Kellogg School of Management (USA) and People Management from INSEAD (France).
He is certified in Executive Coaching by SBC. Before joining EXEC, he was a partner and CEO of the Brazilian office of the British consultancy Odgers Berndtson. Previously, he had a rising career in the industrial sector, serving as CEO for Latin America at the American multinationals Gilbarco-Veeder Root (petroleum distribution equipment) and Terex Corporation (heavy construction and mining machinery and equipment).
André is a member and director of the São Paulo Gold chapter of YPO – Young Presidents Organization and a board member of the retailer FOM. He was Chairman of the Board of the American NGO Make-a-Wish, as well as a board member of three family-owned companies as an independent member. Additionally, he is a professor of the Board Program and Family Businesses courses at StartSe. He is also a regular columnist for EXAME on career development topics.
André was recognized as one of the top 10 CEOs under 40 with a promising future and was featured on the cover of Você S/A magazine in 2009.
Currently, André is a Managing Partner at EXEC, leading the firm’s Consumer and Retail Cluster, focusing on C-Level executive search, governance structure, board formation, and coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs.

Sérgio is a doctoral student at POLI-USP, where he is dedicated to developing a Digital Transformation Methodology to unlock and accelerate Brazilian SMEs. He has international specialization in Strategy and Digital Transformation at the University of Michigan, a Master’s and MBA in Business Administration, and is an Electronics Engineer from FEI. Co-author of the book Gestão do Amanhã – Casos de Sucesso (Management of Tomorrow – Success Cases). With over 30 years of experience in strategic Technology consulting, he has been focusing on the formation of Boards and Committees for companies that aim to transform. In 2020, he was named Executive of the Year in Digital and Cultural Transformation.
Sérgio Simões is the Lead Partner of the Board Services Practice at EXEC Capital Humano, a member of EXEC’s Management Committee, having formed over 60 boards, hired over 200 board members, and evaluated various publicly traded boards in Brazil – in the context of preparing for Digital Awareness and Collegiate Personality.
He also serves as the internal Chairman of EXEC’s Advisory Board.

Graduated in Law from Mackenzie, with an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec – SP and a postgraduate degree in New Technologies. Her current certifications include CTT Practitioner Cultural Transformation Tools from Barrett Values Centre, and over 300 hours in Career and Executive Coaching from SBC. She is an Alpha Assessment Specialist by the World Ethics Corporation – USA and trained as a Hogan Specialist.
Before joining EXEC, Thais accumulated more than 15 years of experience in executive search, human and organizational development, at the largest multinational recruitment company operating in Brazil, and leading her own boutique consulting and coaching firm for career and business.
Thais is a member of the 30% Club, a global NGO that promotes the participation of women on Boards of Directors. She is also a board member of WIT BR – Women in Tech and Strategy and Culture Advisor at Volpi.tech, a promising Brazilian real estate tech.
A Brazilian record holder for the fastest completion time of the Seven Summits Project, the rock and ice climbing of the 7 highest mountains on each continent, including Everest. A three-time TEDx Speaker in Brazil.
Currently, she is a Partner at EXEC, dedicated to executive selection projects, evaluating the effectiveness of advisory and corporate boards, and structuring and delivering human and organizational development solutions, with an emphasis on cultural and digital transformation.

Graduated in Actuarial Sciences from PUC/SP, member of the Brazilian Actuarial Institute, and Coach by the Brazilian Coaching Society.
Zuvela started his career at a national insurance brokerage, later moving to global companies such as Mercer and Willis Towers Watson, where he was responsible for technical and consulting areas for more than 15 years, working in Brazil and the USA.
In 2012, he entered the executive search field, having been a partner and Vice President at FESA and a director at KORN FERRY, working in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors of these consultancies.
He was also a professor in postgraduate courses in insurance and a speaker at specialized events in his sectors of expertise.

Camila Marion graduated in Food Engineering from UNICAMP and holds an MBA in Finance and Business Planning from FGV. She has an International Certification in Barrett Culture Consulting – CCT – Practitioner (Certified Consultant Barrett Values Centre).
Her early career years were in the technical area, where she led continuous improvement projects and manufacturing operations at BRF.
Since 2007, she has worked in Executive Search, having started up and led practices in a large multinational, including its top management division. Before joining EXEC, Camila was Vice President and Head of FESA’s Campinas operation, leading projects for various market segments, especially in Agribusiness, Industry, and Consumer Goods.
Camila was President of the Executive Women’s Committee of AMCHAM in Campinas.

Marcus Giorgi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FAAP (SP) and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford in the United States. Marcus brings over 25 years of experience in management and top management positions in sales and marketing across a wide range of industry verticals.
In his most recent positions before becoming a Headhunter, he was Vice President of Marketing at CA Technologies for Latin America for 4 years and Marketing Director at SAP Brazil and LATAM for 5 years. He worked in the IT and Telecom sectors for 15 years in organizations such as Accenture, Alcatel, Vivo, and Diveo, holding managerial and director-level positions. Between 2010 and 2015, he was the president of the CMOs Committee at WTC Brazil. Marcus began his career in Executive Search in 2016 and graduated in Coaching from ICI/ICF.
Currently, Marcus Giorgi is a Partner at EXEC, responsible for the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) segments, as well as consulting firms and companies in the new economy.

Cassab is an Administrator, graduated from PUC/Campinas, with a postgraduate degree in marketing and has completed various courses in the areas of behavior, development, and selection. He has been invited to give lectures on trends and career management for undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Unicamp.
His career foundation was built in finance and operations in large multinational industries, and his career in human resources began in 2009 when he joined the Brazilian operation of one of the largest recruitment and selection companies in the sector.
Cassab is one of the leading executives in specialized recruitment in Brazil, having led numerous hiring projects for national and multinational companies that are leaders in their sectors throughout his career. He is also trained as a “Coach” by the ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, certified in the Hogan Tool, is a member of the Business Affairs Committee at AMCHAM Campinas, and serves as a Board Advisor for companies.
Currently, Cassab is a Partner at EXEC.

Mariana holds a degree and postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, is certified in Coaching by I.C.I. – Integrated Coaching Institute, accredited by the I.C.F. (International Coach Federation), in Assessment by Escola Integração, and also holds certifications in GIA, PPA (DISC), and TeiQue (Emotional Intelligence) tools from Thomas International and the Hogan® Assessment tool. She is also certified in Situational Leadership by Blanchard® and CTT Practitioner Cultural Transformation Tools by the Barrett Values Centre. She started her career as a trainee at Grupo Abril, where she later worked as Marketing and Events Manager. In 2008, she transitioned into Executive Search at the Brazilian operation of one of the largest global companies in the sector. For eight years, Mariana worked in Talent and Career Management at an American multinational company that is a reference in these activities. In 2017, she was invited to join EXEC to found the Human and Organizational Development area.
Mariana is also the founder and President of the “GARH” group, one of the largest and most influential groups of female HR executives in Brazil, focusing on strategic discussions related to the field.
Currently, she is a Partner at EXEC, leader of the Leadership Advisory unit, and Head of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at EXEC.

Lúcio holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree from INSPER, and a Master’s degree in Psychoanalysis for Management from COGNI.
He started his career at a Big Four company as an external auditor for large multinational companies. He also had the opportunity to work on due diligence and M&A projects, complementing his experience with major internal control projects at PwC and EY.
He worked at Unibanco and Danone in Financial Planning and, since 2012, has been working at a multinational specialized recruitment company. For over 7 years, he has been leading executive hiring at EXEC, focusing on the Retail, Consumer, Entertainment & Sports segments.
Throughout his career, he has interviewed more than 15,000 professionals and coached executives. He has also worked as a leadership development consultant for companies that are leaders in their sectors. He holds certifications in HOGAN, MBTI, and EQI 2.0.
Currently, Lúcio is a Partner at EXEC and leads BI.

Guilherme is a business administrator, graduated from PUC, and has 10 years of experience as a Headhunter. Before joining EXEC, Guilherme worked in the finance and controlling sectors of large companies and served as a headhunter in recognized multinational companies in the Executive Search sector, recruiting for Finance, Financial Market & Investment Banking, Technology, Telecom, and Services areas.
Currently, Spironelli is a Partner at EXEC.

Ricardo Welikson is a business administrator with a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial area and new business development across different sectors. He also has international academic and professional experience – he studied in Michigan, USA, and more recently worked in Monterrey, northern Mexico.
He has worked for major companies such as ABN Amro Bank, IBM, Michael Page, and Estácio (YDUQS), where he was Director of New Business and Entrepreneurship. He has more than 13 years of experience in executive search and development.
He was Head of the technical areas at Michael Page in Rio de Janeiro, leading the Engineering & Manufacturing, Construction, O&G, and Supply Chain & Procurement sectors, and also launched two business units in Mexico.
Ricardo also has executive coaching training from ICI/ICF – International Coaching Federation, and is certified in Hogan methodology and EQ-i.
Currently, Ricardo is a partner at EXEC covering the Private Equity and Real Estate industry.

Danylo Hayakawa is a graduate in Economics from UNICAMP and holds an MBA in Finance from FIA. He gained experience in the agribusiness sector, working for seven years at Cargill, where he held leadership positions, including being expatriated for one year to the Geneva office in Switzerland, always working in finance, structured treasury, and risk management.
Since 2009, he has been active in the recruitment market, with experience in major multinational companies in the sector. During his more than ten years in the field, he has held various senior leadership positions in these companies.
Currently, Danylo is a partner at EXEC.

Ian Carvalho is a graduate in Production Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. He has international experience in both Europe and South America. His early career years were spent in the technical areas of multinational companies in the automotive, telecommunications, mining, and steel industries, where he led projects in the structuring of procurement, supply, and logistics teams.
He has worked in Executive Search on two occasions during his career, having been involved in two startup operations of multinational companies in Brazil, including their top management division.
Before joining EXEC, Ian was the Brazil Director of Executive Search at HAYS, leading projects for various market segments, particularly in Energy, Mining, Steel, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure.
With over 14 years of experience in executive recruitment, Ian Carvalho is currently a partner at EXEC.

Maria Paula is a psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Univ. Mackenzie and an Executive Program from IMD. She has over 20 years of experience in People Management projects. She has collaborated with organizations in the design and implementation of solutions for organizational development and leadership aligned with strategy.
Her experience includes Organizational Development and Leadership, Strategic Talent Management, Career and Succession (including Assessments and Executive Coaching), Strategic Performance Management, Facilitation for designing Organizational Purpose, Vision, and Mission, and Competency Model design. She also has significant experience in Human Resources, having held executive positions in HR in Financial Institutions, Technology, and Telecommunications.
Before joining EXEC, Maria Paula worked in large consultancies such as EY, Korn Ferry, and as an executive at Banco Santander (Madrid) and Portugal Telecom.
She is currently a partner at EXEC, specializing in Leadership Advisory.

Rodrigo has over 20 years of solid experience in people and business management, always striving to connect Strategy and People. Versatile in the market, he has worked in consulting and HR in various companies.
He has strong expertise in Organizational Development, including managing Leadership Development projects (Assessments), Performance Management, competency model design, and conducting Employee Engagement/Experience Surveys.
Additionally, he led the Relationship/Commercial team of Digital Solutions Consulting in Brazil and was responsible for Key Accounts in South America, focusing mainly on integrated/transformational solutions and establishing long-term relationships with clients.

Pedro Moxotó is an Administrator with over 11 years of experience as a Headhunter.
Before starting his career in executive search, Pedro gained his first professional experience in his family-owned business in the Textile Industry and later worked in Sales in the Construction sector.
Throughout his journey as a Headhunter, Pedro worked at Michael Page and HAYS, with experience in functional divisions such as Sales & Marketing, Technology, Engineering, and Life Sciences. He has a significant history of cases in sectors such as Health, Technology, Energy, and Industry, eventually reaching the position of Director at the SP office, leading a total of 12 divisions with up to 40 people.

With over 13 years of experience in Executive Search, he has conducted more than 4,000 interviews and led numerous projects for hiring directors, vice presidents, and presidents across various industries. Before joining EXEC, he was involved in the startup phase of the Hays office in Campinas, later becoming the Head of Operations. From 2020 to 2023, he served as Director of Hays Executive, leading the industry, agribusiness & logistics verticals.

Amanda Lázaro holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/ESALQ.
With over 12 years of consolidated experience in Executive Search, Amanda specializes in leading strategic projects for hiring high-level executives, such as directors, vice presidents, and presidents, across various industries.
Before joining EXEC, Amanda was one of the pioneers in creating and developing the agribusiness vertical at Hays, where she led the C-level division for over 6 years. Her career also includes roles at FESA, where she worked in the Agribusiness, Industry, and Infrastructure verticals, with a broad and strategic market perspective.

DIRETORIA

Carla Queiroz holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, with an MBA in Business Management focused on People Development and Management from FGV. Her career in human resources began in 2005 at a renowned consulting firm, specializing in Human Development projects for large companies across various industries.
On the other side of the table, within a leading steel company, she developed significant leadership and training programs in the DHO area. She honed her expertise in recruitment and selection at all levels within major consulting firms.
Carla Queiroz is the Engagement Director at EXEC.

Danielle is a Psychologist with a specialization in Leadership Development from FGV. She brings 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across the Industry, Finance, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors. At EXEC, she serves as the Director for Services, IT, and Telecom at the São Paulo office.

Graduated from PUC and fluent in English, she has a solid background in Human Resources consulting. With 20 years of experience in the Executive Assessment and Selection unit, she has held key roles at EXEC and other prestigious consultancies, serving sectors such as consumer goods, luxury, media & entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and finance. Her experience spans from market mapping consultancy projects to compensation strategies and executive selection and assessment.
She took on the position of Director at EXEC in October 2016, later advancing to Executive Director in March 2021, focusing on the Industrial and Infrastructure verticals. In this role, she led the Operations Committee, ensuring excellence in the Executive Assessment and Selection processes, Human Capital Management, and Board Solutions.
In early 2023, she shifted her career to Human Capital Management, where she leads projects in the structuring and delivery of human and organizational development solutions, such as executive and company assessments, strategic organizational projects, and culture initiatives.
She holds certifications in internationally renowned tools, including HOGAN, DISC, and GIA.
She is currently the Executive Director of Human Capital Management at EXEC.

João holds a degree in International Relations with a specialization in Business Management from IBMEC – RJ. He began his career in the Financial market as a Financial Advisor and later transitioned to Executive Search. With nearly 10 years of experience in Search & Selection processes, he has built his career in multinational companies within the sector, gaining extensive experience in the Energy, Infrastructure & O&G industries. He is a reference in the selection of executives in the areas of Finance, Legal, Technology, and Human Resources at the national level.
João Lins is an Engagement Director at EXEC, based in the São Paulo office, specializing in Industry, Energy & Infrastructure.

Lorena has over 20 years of experience in HR within large companies and consulting firms, working on Executive Search processes, competency model building, competency and potential assessment (Assessment and Development Centers), training and development, change management projects, 360º evaluations, and more.
With international experience in people assessment, she holds a degree in Biomedicine and Business Administration, with postgraduate studies in People Management, Career, Leadership, and Coaching. She is internationally certified in the use of psychometric tools, Cultural Assessment by BVC, and in Professional Executive & Master Coaching. Lorena is a Master Behavioral Analyst, specializing in behavioral competency mapping and emotional intelligence mapping, and is certified for the application and interpretation of profile instruments such as OPQ32, DISC, Wave, MBTI Step I & II, JTI, 15FQ+, Hogan, and EQi 2.0.
Since 2021, Lorena has been part of the EXEC team as the Director of Leadership Advisory.

Luddie Oliveira began her career in Executive Search in 2007, joining the Brazilian operation of one of the largest multinational companies in the executive recruitment sector, where she was responsible for recruiting middle and senior management in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain divisions in the interior of São Paulo. She joined EXEC in 2014 as an Associate in the Campinas office, leading Recruitment and Selection projects for national and multinational companies across various sectors. Currently, she is the Operations Director, leading the research team in the Industry, Agribusiness, and Infrastructure cluster.

Paulo is a business administrator with a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and has built a career spanning over 25 years in Business Administration, Finance, and Controllership. Before joining EXEC, he worked for a multinational company in the Recruitment and Selection sector for 6 years, as well as in a financial services and investor relations company. He has experience in data processing, administration, finance, and controllership, leading branch opening projects in Latin America (Mexico and Argentina), ERP system implementation, consolidation of financial statements for subsidiaries and the parent company (BRGAAP/USGAAP), budget forecasting and monitoring, data extraction and generation for decision-making, and monthly presentations of results and KPIs.
Currently, Paulo is the Administrative and Financial Director at EXEC, based in the São Paulo office.

Rafael holds a degree in Communication from Hanover College in Indiana, USA, through a sports scholarship, as well as a specialization in Business Administration from the same institution. With academic and corporate experiences in countries such as the United States, Australia, and Mexico, he returned to Brazil in 2018 and has been involved in Executive Search projects ever since. Before joining EXEC, Rafael was responsible for leading medium and senior management selection projects for Sales and Marketing areas at a specialized consultancy. He also worked in Recruitment & Selection for a multinational consumer goods company as a Talent Acquisition specialist.
Currently, Rafael is an Engagement Director at EXEC, based in the São Paulo office, specializing in Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences practices.

Thais Nather has an extensive background in the art and antiques trade, having worked as an Antique Dealer, Gallery Owner, Artist, and Art Auction Organizer in both Brazil and the USA. After a career transition, she studied Law and Human Resources Management, is HOGAN certified, and is in the process of becoming an ICF-certified Coach. With over 15 years of experience as a Human Capital Consultant and Headhunter, Thais has worked with national and multinational specialized consultancies, focusing on the recruitment and assessment of executives (Board Members and C-level) across various practices, serving clients from companies of all sizes and industries. She has also worked on strategic projects involving digital and cultural transformation in corporate IT, BI, HR, Operations, and Quality departments.
Currently, Thais is the Director of the Board Services Practice at EXEC, focusing on the recruitment and selection of Board Members, as well as the formation and evaluation of Boards.
Additionally, she holds the internal role of Director of People, Management, and Internal Communication at EXEC.

Fernanda has over 15 years of experience in large-scale human resources consultancies, working on strategic HR projects with extensive experience in executive assessment, 360º evaluations, competencies, succession planning, training and development, organizational culture, performance management, and employee experience. As a consultant and leader of transformational projects, she has significant experience working with companies such as Braskem, Cocamar, Ihara, Grupo Fleury, Renner, and C&A.
Fernanda holds a degree in Economics from USP – University of São Paulo, with a specialization in inclusive leadership from Duke University. Her career in human capital consultancy began at Hay Group in 2009, where she worked on projects for major clients for 6 years. In 2014, she joined Korn Ferry’s executive team, playing a strategic role in managing large accounts and projects for over 9 years. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director at WTW, where she was responsible for the technical and commercial development of the Employee Experience area.
Fernanda Borin is the Executive Director of Human Capital Management at EXEC.

Giovanna Strazzeri holds a degree in Communication and Marketing from FAAP, is fluent in English, and has an extensive entrepreneurial and international background, working in the Education sector with a focus on Australia, where she lived for several years, as well as Europe and the United States.
An Associate at EXEC, Giovanna is currently based in the Campinas office and focuses on Executive Search, serving various areas of expertise within the industrial sector.

Isabela holds a degree in Human Resources Management and has experience in specialized consultancies for Recruitment and Selection of mid-to-senior management, in the areas of technology, operations, and finance. She has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in a Strategic Consultancy and had the opportunity to participate in recruitment projects at the international level (LATAM).
Currently, as a Consultant at EXEC, Isabela is based in the São Paulo office.

Jaqueline holds a degree in Psychology from PUC Campinas, a postgraduate degree in People Management, and has an advanced level of English. With 10 years of experience dedicated to Recruitment and Selection, her career includes conducting end-to-end selection processes for national and multinational companies of various sizes across sectors such as Automotive, Food, Chemicals, Agribusiness, Capital Markets, among others.
Most of her career was built in Human Resources consultancies, but she also has experience as an R&S professional in the automotive industry. She focuses on serving industries, prioritizing the development of solid, long-lasting relationships with clients. Her expertise includes leading strategic recruitment processes, market mapping, and personalized service, aiming to understand each client’s specific needs and contributing to the selection and acquisition of talents that add value to the strategic objectives of the companies.

Karina Pennella holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing with a double major in Public Relations from the Escola Superior de Administração e Marketing de Campinas, along with an MBA in Behavioral Economics from ESPM.
She began her career at the world’s largest Chamber of Commerce, where she worked for over 5 years focused on developing relationships with senior executives. She also completed a traineeship at the largest fashion retailer in Brazil, focusing on the company’s commercial operations, and worked in the financial market, managing clients within the digital platforms of a major bank.
At EXEC, she is responsible for leading Top Management selection processes across multiple sectors, serving various areas of expertise within the industrial segment as a Consultant, and actively participating in the company’s ESG initiatives.

Patricia is a Psychologist, graduated from PUCCAMP, with a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and has built a career spanning over 20 years in Human Resources. Before joining EXEC, she worked for 12 years in a multinational technology company. She moved between the strategic areas of HR Development (DHO) and Talent Acquisition, led global projects, and gained strong experience in market mapping, talent identification, and attraction for various countries in Latin America and North America.
As a Senior Associate at EXEC, Patricia is based in the Campinas office.

Renata Mallouk is a graduate in Psychology from UNIP and holds a coaching certification, along with advanced English proficiency. She also has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked in consulting, industry, technology companies, and telecommunications. Her main focus is recruitment.
Currently, Renata is a Senior Associate at EXEC, based in the Campinas office. She specializes in Executive Search, serving various areas of expertise within the Consumer & Retail segment.

Roselaine holds a degree in Psychology and Human Resources Administration. With over 20 years of professional experience in HR, she developed her career at Page Group, a multinational consulting firm, where she spent around 16 years. She worked across various HR areas, leading the customer service division for temporary and third-party staff and, over the years, gained strong experience in identifying and attracting talent for positions at all levels: middle and senior management, support roles, as well as temporary and third-party positions in various practices.
Currently, as a Senior Associate at EXEC, Roselaine is also a member of EXEC’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is based in the São Paulo office.

Thaísa is in her final year of Psychology at FMU. Before joining EXEC, she worked in a specialized recruitment and selection consultancy, focusing on operations, technology, and commercial areas. She participated in projects across various market segments, including international partners, and developed strong experience in client relationship management and market mapping.
Currently, as a Consultant at EXEC, Thaísa is based in the São Paulo office.

Isabela is a psychologist, holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from FIA, and has 10 years of experience in people management. Before joining EXEC, she worked in companies in the healthcare and education sectors, focusing on Organizational Human Development (DHO) and Talent Acquisition.
Currently, as a Consultant at EXEC, she leads Top Management selection processes for companies in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceutical, and various Industrial sectors. Additionally, she has extensive experience in market mapping, talent identification, and attraction for various countries in Latin America and North America.
