Lorena has over 20 years of experience in the HR area in large companies and consultancies, working in Executive Search processes , building competency models, evaluating competencies and potential ( Assessment and Development center ), training and development, projects management , 360º reviews, etc.
With international experience in people assessment, she has a degree in Biomedicine and Business Administration, with a postgraduate degree in People Management, Career, Leadership and Coaching. She has international certification in the use of psychometric tools, Cultural Assessment by the BVC and in Professional Executive & Master Coaching. She is a Master Behavioral Analyst, specialist in behavioral competence mapping and emotional intelligence mapping and certified for the application and interpretation of the profile instruments: OPQ32, DISC, Wave, MBTI Step I & II, JTI, 15FQ+, Hogan and EQi 2.0.
Since 2021, she has been part of the EXEC team as director of the Leadership Advisory area.
